Retail Leaders are expected to lead from the front, inspire success in all areas of people management and store management.A Store Manager's responsibilities include:Managing, motivating and leading the team to achieve KPI's, sales targets and an exceptional customer experienceTake full ownership of the store and its commercial successAnalyze relevant data to probe and challenge the status quoAddress identified improvement areas, involving the District Manager or other Retail Back Office partners as neededDrive continuous improvements in the store's sales, productivity and profitabilityLead service by example, maximizing the amount of time spent selling and leading team members on the sales floorWork with the District Manager to identify and develop select strong performers with potential for growth along the Retail Field Career LadderConduct staff training & coaching to drive KPI performanceEffectively manage all retail operations within a fashion store environmentThe successful candidate:The Store Manager we progress with will have a strong retail sales background with a proven track record of success in a similar retail leadership or supervisory position, consistently leading a team to achieve budgeted sales. You will be motivated, energetic, passionate about achievement and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Experience in the following will be highly regarded:Retail Store Manager experience in men's/women's apparel or sports footwear would be desirable but not essentialYou have experience as a leader in coaching and mentoring your team to succeedWhat's on offer?A competitive annual salary, retail bonus scheme, and adidas employee benefits are also on offer to the successful candidate.Please note applicants must have permanent legal rights to work in Australia.
