Management - Store (Retail & Consumer Products) Full time Competitive salary + bonus + 1 weekend in 3 At The Reject Shop (TRS), we're not your average retail store, and we're definitely not looking for an average Store Manager.
We're on a mission to make shopping a fun and exciting experience, and we're looking for a retail superstar to join our team as our Store Manager at our Booragoon store.
As a hands-on retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a customer-focused team to ensure our customers receive exceptional service.
As a seasoned operator, think stock, merchandising and deadlines, you will be the driving force behind our store's success.
Your mission, should you choose to accept it, will include:
Leading by example and creating a high-energy, fun atmosphere for our team and customers.Overseeing all store operations, from inventory management to visual merchandising.Setting and achieving sales targets while delivering a shopping experience that wows.Inspiring your team to be their best, nurturing talent, and fostering a sense of retail adventure.Solving challenges with your superhuman problem-solving skills and ensuring smooth operations.Ensuring a safe environment for our customers and your team.Delivering business objectives.What you can bring to TRS: Enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment and have a passion for people both our team and our customers.Strong operational skills - stock processing, merchandising, organisation, time management.The ability to unite your team and bring them on the journey to deliver on business metrics.Training and development of your team to upskill & upsell.What we offer: A supportive and diverse culture.
