We are seeking a Store Manager for our Service Station, with Restaurant in Ulladulla, Mollymook, Milton and Burrill Lake, NSW. (110 km to Wollongong)

The successful applicant initially will be focused on driving our restaurant sales and managing the day-to-day operational requirements of the food section of the business, with the direction, assistance, and guidance of the Site Manager.
It takes a flair for team leadership, customer service, and a passion for food to be successful in this role.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Drive sales growth, achieve sales targets and meet other Key Performance Indicators Provide an excellent experience to all our customers with great customer service Inspire and motivate team members and lead by example Lead, follow & train staff in company procedures to ensure operational success Ensure the business complies with all OHS requirements Complete weekly reporting & audits for OHS requirements Complete monthly stock control reporting with stocktakes Facilitate efficient and successful operations of all aspects of the store, including stock control and ordering, managing costs of goods, and completing daily, weekly, and monthly financial reporting Resolve day-to-day inefficiencies and other issues in relation to customer service, other employees & stock issues Work closely with the Site Manager to achieve store budgets through planning, efficient rostering, and other cost control methods. The successful applicant will: Be available to work a rotating weekend on, weekend off roster Willing to lead by example and grow our team through a positive approach Be willing to undertake a 'hands-on' customer service work within our restaurant Assist in recruitment and training of new employees, in line with company standards Possess at least 2 years' experience in a food or retail store leadership role Must have intermediate computer skills with such programs as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Willing to undergo computer skills testing if required Must have strong written and verbal communications across multiple layers of the organisation Must have a driver's licence and own vehicle What can we provide: A great work environment with training and support provided A supportive senior management team that assist you to succeed Great wages and conditions Clear company standards and procedures What We Offer: $70,000 - $80,000 + Super, depending on experience
