Our key Port Augusta branch supports a busy regional customer base, and accordingly, we are looking for a dynamic and passionate individual to assume responsibility for the daily operations, sales, stock management and team leadership within the store. Reporting to the SA Retail Manager, you and your team will be the "go-to" for Stratco's loyal customers and internal sales teams; steadfast in finding out the needs of our customers and then present them with the best solutions. With a level of autonomy to really make your own footprint on the success of the store, we are targeting a Store/Branch Manager that will lead by example, plan your resources, ensure daily sales plans are achieved and a culture of safety maintained. Broadly, your remit will include:
Day to day management of a small, cross functional team Close working relationships with stakeholders from our manufacturing, finance and merchandise team Liaison directly with Trade Account Customers and General Customer Sales & design systems to draft up quotes &/or completed designs for customers Enquiry follow up and conversation management Roster management & general store administration duties Inventory management What you'll bring in return for this fantastic opportunity? Retail &/or Trade Outlet experience Drive and passion, with the ability to set goals and deliver sales targets A strong customer centric attitude A level of technical acumen to understand engineered products Our products are the key to our success.
