The business has been in operation 14 years.It's a 2 person operation with external administrative assistance.The position is on the Atherton Tablelands QLD with the bike park at the back door of the business.Cairns and its international airport is 1:15hrs away.The shops current range is predominately Mountain, Family and some GravelDue to unfortunate circumstance the current manager must finish by August.Your role: Being the face of the businessMerchandising and presentation of the storeDriving sales and service targetsOrdering and replenishing stockServicing, repairing and building bikes when requiredRequired Experience: The ability to close a sale.The ability to make a customer feel welcome and valued.A passion for bikes and cycling.A solid bike product and technical knowledgeJob Type and Category Full timeSome Saturday work may be required,We offer Competitive retail salary with monthly incentives of $1000 on obtainment of targets.Live and work in a cool, green, tropical environment.More affordable green change living.Live only minutes from work.3 months free accommodation provided to assist with relocation if required.Contact:
