The Role We are looking for an engaged and inspiring leader for our Perth DFO location. In this role, you are responsible for driving business results through continuous development of the store team, as well as optimised management of store image, product, and operations. Essential to this role will be having previous experience working in an outlet environment with experience managing a large team in a fast-paced environment. You will also benefit from close mentoring and guidance from our WA Regional Manager, who has a strong focus on development and succession planning - our people and product are at the heart of what we do.
