To find out more about Park, visit www.parkfuels.com.au About the Role Reporting directly to the Retail Manager & supported by an accessible leadership and head office team, you will be responsible for the effective operation of the site and facilities including exceptional presentation, stock management and profitability.
You will lead by example, model the Park Values in your work and empower your team to consistently exceed expectations.
With a keen eye for detail you are action oriented and promote a safe and welcoming environment for your team and customers while thinking outside of the box to maximise the potential of your store.
Retail leadership experience is highly regarded.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of reliability, a strong sense of accountability and self-motivation.
