As a Store Manager at Rays Firearms , you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store located in Albany WA 6330 .
This is a full-time role that requires strong organisational skills, excellent customer service skills, and an understanding of and keen interest in firearms and the firearms industry.
Assistance with relocation may be offered for the right candidate.
What you'll be doing
Manage all aspects of store operations, including inventory management.
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
Assist with development and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth to meet or exceed sales targets.
Oversee the training and development of store staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about our products and services.
Collaborate with the Owner to ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.
Identify and address any operational issues or customer concerns in a timely and effective manner.
What we're looking for
Experience in a retail management role or extensive experience in retail sales and ready to step up to Management.
Excellent customer service skills and a genuine passion for providing an exceptional purchasing experience.
Solid understanding of inventory management and operational best practices.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently and make sound judgments.
Proficient in the use of technology, including point-of-sale systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office suite.
