About the role:
Reporting to the Regional Manager, the Store Manager will be the driving force behind the success of this site. You will be responsible for the achievement of sales and KPI's in line with set company targets. The role is also responsible for leading and developing an Assistant Store Manager and team of Sales Assistants. Other responsibilities will include:
Customer service standardsMerchandising, promotions and stock controlEnsuring compliance and following WHS practisesRostering and wage managementFinancial management including admin and reportingStrong communication skills both written and verbalMaintenance and cleaning of the storeSecurity and cash managementAbout you: Experience in leading teams of 5+ peopleHave worked towards sales and KPI's previouslyFMCG, retail or hospitality experienceUnderstanding of safe work practicesAble to communicate effectively with customers and internal team frequentlyFlexible to work on a roster with extended trade across the weekNext steps:
