You will lead a dynamic team, manage high customer activity, ensure smooth operational flow, and uphold our customer service standards. Your key responsibilities will include:Staff Development & TrainingRoster and Budget ManagementStock Ordering & ControlStore Operations & ComplianceProblem-Solving & Decision MakingOpening & Closing the Store (Includes Decorating Donuts)What We're Looking For:To be successful in this role, you should have:Proven Leadership Experience: Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment is essential.Flexibility & Availability: Must be available to work weekdays, weekends, and over the Christmas period.Strong Customer Service Focus: Ability to thrive in high-activity situations, managing large customer volumes while maintaining excellent service.Lead From the Front: A proactive, hands-on management style where you lead by example and actively engage in day-to-day operations. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to motivate, instruct, and resolve issues efficiently.Stock Control Expertise: Experience managing stock ordering, inventory control, and supplier relations.Strong Systems Knowledge: Ability to follow and implement effective operational systems for the store, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and adherence to processes.KPI-Driven: Experience in setting, tracking, and striving to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to customer service, sales, and operational efficiency.If you are a dynamic, customer-focused manager with a passion for hospitality and team leadership, we would love to have you join our team.
