We're seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Store Manager who is passionate about beach culture and retail.
As a Store Manager on the Central Coast, you'll play a pivotal role in representing the Seafolly brand while working closely with our team in Sydney.
You'll have the exciting opportunity to recruit, build, and mentor your new team.
You'll collaborate directly with the Head of Retail and our Area Managers, ensuring our brand's vision is brought to life.

We specialise in stylish women's swimwear and apparel designed to boost confidence and comfort, catering to all body types.

Your Responsibilities: Lead and Inspire: Motivate your team to exceed sales goals while creating a positive and engaging selling culture.
Train for Success: Equip your staff with the skills to deliver exceptional customer service and personalized styling advice.
Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store meets high visual standards to create an inviting shopping experience.
Operational Excellence: Oversee key tasks like staffing, security, inventory, and financial management.
Empower Customers: Make sure every customer feels confident and excited about their purchases.
Drive Results: Develop and implement strategies that enhance sales and elevate the customer experience.
Mentorship: Foster a team environment that embraces our brand's lifestyle and values.
You will have: - Previous experience in fashion retail, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role.
