CTC Tobacconist and Gifts are currently seeking a Full-time Store Manager for the Dubbo Area.
REQUIREMENTS: Must be 18+ to apply (legal requirement). Must live in Dubbo. Must have a current drivers licence and own vehicle. Have some work experience in retail. Have great customer service skills. Basic admin and bookkeeping skills. Have a friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality. Previous experience with POS transactions. Be prepared to work by yourself in a fast-paced environment. Display high level time management. RESPONSIBILITIES: Be able to maintain outstanding store conditions. Be able to reach visual merchandising standards in store. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales and service. Always ready to welcome and greet customers. Accurately describe products and go the extra mile to drive sales. Be able to complete stock-take duties (training provided). Be able to perform cash counts and basic bookkeeping.
