About the Role
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Store Manager to join the team at our Bonds Wollongong Store.
This is a full-time position working 38hrs/week across a Tuesday-Saturday roster.
Responsibilities:

Leading by example to drive exceptional customer experiences and help deliver on team budgets and KPIs.
Succession planning your team to ensure they can progress into their next opportunity when the time comes.
Executing Visual Merchandising in-store and using discretion to make commercial decisions.
Understanding Stock Management processes and prioritizing tasks.
Coaching and providing on-the-spot feedback to your team.
Analyzing reports to make commercial decisions that drive your business.
