We're looking for an experienced Manager and Assistant Manager at our soon-to-be-opened Albury store!Get it from the beginning and build something special in the Albury region!Store opening Monday 11th NOV.About You:We are looking for Brand Ambassadors that share the same values and can share the brand culture with fellow team members and customers.Have experience in Customer Service and are passionate about delivering an in-store experience to our customers.Are driven to exceed company-set budgets and KPIs.Have an interest in fashion and retail.Have a minimum of 1-2 years in a management role in retail.Do you have the ability to confidently lead, motivate and engage with your team?Proven experience in training and coaching team members.A history of exceeding set goals and KPI's and driving budgets and targets.Ability to complete operational tasks such as scheduling, budgets, VM, and stock management.Bonus:A much higher than average financial reward with performance incentives and commission structure.A generous Team member discount to use in any Peter Jackson store.Career development and training for all team members.#J-18808-Ljbffr
