What you'll do: - Manage day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the store team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain to ensure stock availability. Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance the store's appearance and appeal.
- Analyse sales data and market trends to develop effective sales strategies.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to staff.
- Manage the store's budget, including expenses and payroll.
What we are looking for: - Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail management role.
