Store Manager - Acai Bowl & Frozen Yoghurt

We have a wonderful opportunity for a food and beverage Store Manager to manage our Balmain Dolly's Acai store.
We are looking for someone who is vibrant, has a passion for delighting customers, process driven and looking to innovate and grow as the business scales.

JOB DESCRIPTIONOverall management of the operations of the store including managing staff, inventory management and customer management.Some social media management required - filming and posting on TikTok/Instagram.Quality control, ensuring freshness of our product daily.Preparation of fruits, toppings, and all ingredients required for the day.Prepare acai bowls, smoothies, frozen yoghurt and other menu items.Cashiering, and attending to customers.Be familiar with our menu, range of products, and dietary restrictions.Cleaning and housekeeping of premises.REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCEHigh energy, great communication skills and warm personality is a must.Previous food and beverage experience is essential.Must be able to work well within a team and also happy to work alone.Can do attitude and proven ability to solve problems autonomously.Responsible, adaptable, committed, with strong initiative and willingness to learn.A team player with excellent attention to customers and detail.BENEFITSFun and supportive environment.Be part of a growing business.Staff discounts.Summary of role requirements:Flexible hours available.1 year of relevant work experience required for this role.Working rights required for this role.Expected start date for role: 01 December 2024.Expected salary: $30 - $35 per hour. #J-18808-Ljbffr
