Store Leader Full Time Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9-5:30pm

The opportunity: We are looking for self-motivated, friendly retail experts seeking a new challenge to lead our Retail Team. You will be the face of Travelex, representing our brand by promoting our exciting travel money products. To run a profitable Travelex business in line with our standards, company philosophies, and operational systems. The store leader is responsible for the overall performance of their assigned store, reporting into the area manager.
Key accountabilities Grow Sales and profitability of the store including increase on online/ATM sales Customer retention and market share growth Feedback and reviews collected digitally – Google reviews/Facebook/Instagram Identify, report, and resolve risks to a safe, secure and compliant working environment Achievement of individual and store sales goals/deadlines on a daily basis Lead by example in behaviour, attitude and sales performance Conduct and engage internal support with ongoing training and in store development Drive best practice including performance management Conduct monthly one-on-one and store wide sales meetings to ensure for effective individual plan to action Ability to build and manage relationships across all levels, internally and externally Communicate, track and drive incentives Your experience: Self-aware, open-minded with a high degree of personal and professional integrity Positive – can-do attitude, with the drive to win The ability to build and manage relationships, developing trust and credibility with customers, partners, peers, teams, internal and external stakeholders The ability to analyse issues and resolve issues in a timely manner Ability to prioritise – work on multiple tasks at the same time, completing within required time frame and to a quality standard At Travelex, our colleagues are our core.
