Store Fit-out Assistant | Retail Sales Assistant – Help set up and refit our stores across Victoria (potential interstate travel at times).
A day in the life... Store Fit-Out AssistantWorking on projects such as refits, relocations, new stores, and other projects.Projects involve:Constructing/destructing racking and shelvingStocking shelvesBuilding display stock and animal enclosuresTicketing shelvesCleaningAbility to work in a retail store if there are no projects on.The position is listed as casual; however, during projects, 5 days a week is required.What we need…Physically fit - days filled with heavy lifting and shelf constructionFlexibility and ability to work 5 days a week when required for projectsStrong interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships and rapport with customers and your team-matesAbility to travel for long periods (2-4 weeks at a time)Possible interstate travelDriving licenceForklift licence preferred but if not, willing to obtain (we will fund)Ability to learn merchandising standards (training provided on the job)A day in the life...
