We are currently looking to hire a Store and Warehouse Coordinator at head office in Nunawading.
The Role Manage the fulfilment of online orders across our websites and in store purchase orders: pick, pack and distributePreparing orders and assisting with customer pick up and transport driverProvide support to resolve any customer issues and queries via email and phone calls with customer satisfaction as a priority.Assisting with managing accurate stock levels and general upkeep of warehouse areaManual handling, may include heavy itemsInventory and stock takeSupporting a culture of best practice, customer service and improvementSkills Strong organisational and time management skillsStrong oral and written communication skillsMust have forklift licenceDemonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detailUnderstand manual handling methodsAble to understand and follow instructions and procedures.Highly motivated and physically fitA willingness to learnThis is an exciting time to join Kingkong Fitness's next phase of it's growth.
