We are a family-owned business with decades of experience in quarrying and manufacturing of Australian sandstone, located in Stanwell, Queensland.The role is a newly created position due to the business growth and is an outstanding opportunity fora highly driven and talented individual to develop and diversify their skills.The Role:Cutting, Shaping and Dressing of sandstone to required dimensionsFollow design instructions to carve and shape stoneStudy plans and other specificationsHandling sandstone with careMaintain Quality Control and Packaging stone securelyKeeping surrounds cleanShow interest in learning new skills and have input on ways to improve efficienciesBe physically fitQualificationsRelevant qualificationAt least 2 years of on-the-job trainingAn interest in finding solutions and solving problemsAbility to work unsupervisedExcellent communication and reporting skillsIf this sounds like the job for you, please apply now!
