The successful candidate will be experienced in multiple sections across a busy kitchen, they must have the mindset of remaining calm and positive under a high volume busy kitchen environment.

Duties of the role will include:
Ensuring the highest quality control of productsBe systems orientated and a strong team playerProject a positive and motivated attitude among Chefs and other team membersPromote harmony and positivity between staff members and the wider Front of House service team We're looking for someone with the following skills, experience and attributes:
Trade QualificationMinimum of two (1) years experience in a qualified chef role Strong understanding of Food, Safety and Hygiene practicesExcellent communicator at all levels, and strong interpersonal skillsActs with integrity, honesty, and fairness towards colleagues, suppliers, and customersAdaptable and a willingness to learn and grow Ability to remain calm under pressure
