Opportunity to join a forward-thinking private enterprise with a strong commitment to sustainability in this exciting, outcome-focused project role. We are currently recruiting a Finance Reporting Improvement Manager for an immediate start 6-month project. This position is to assist the CFO and leadership with a range of tasks centred around developing and implementing a more appropriate reporting structure that will assist the business through its next phase of growth.

In this role, you will work closely with the business to ensure the financial reporting processes and systems are optimised. Responsibilities will include:
Oversee the identification and execution of process and system improvements to optimise financial operations, ensure future readiness, enhance functionality, and advance automation. Create and manage business intelligence reporting structures, providing integrated solutions for management reporting, financial statements, board updates, inventory tracking, budgeting, and forecasting to enhance accuracy, streamline workflows, and support strategic initiatives. Champion the implementation and use of advanced analytics and reporting tools to improve decision-making and boost operational efficiency. Build, refine, and deliver commercial financial models and scenario analyses to support the Executive Leadership Team and internal stakeholders. To be successful in this role you will ideally possess the following skills and experience:
High level knowledge of financial system structures including the flow of data relating to purchasing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, account chart structure, financial reporting including management reports, balance sheet and profit and loss reports. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. A self-starting and open mindset for improvement. A high proficiency in ERP's, Excel and relevant analytics tools.
