The Stock Supervisor is responsible for facilitating the stock management lifecycle at our client's site in Brisbane. The position is crucial to the daily operations of the business, as it involves regular auditing and analysis of stock intake and assistance with deployment work as well.
Receiving of stock, stock entry and management within our client's asset management tools. Allocating devices daily to the tech bars and maintaining accuracy of stock counts via stocktaking procedures. Facilitating EOL procedures outlined by the client and ensuring that devices are kept for a quarantine period before being refreshed, reused or processed. Conduct replacement of devices in teaching spaces and conducting these on a rolling schedule, as stipulated by the client. What you'll bring? Previous experience in a warehousing environment and setting up computers (building PCs, setting up monitors/peripherals, etc). Strong troubleshooting ability and great communication skills. Solid attention to detail and ability to work autonomously. Driver's license is required, as the role involves transport between campuses using company vehicles. Previous experience imaging PCs, utilising ticketing systems or exposure to the EOL process - highly desirable but not required. What else do you need to apply? Travel on-site to our client's office in Brisbane. Must be an Australian resident available to work full time without restrictions.
