About the Role:
The Senior Advisor, Inclusive Technology is responsible for providing system leadership in the provision of a statewide inclusive technology service for educators supporting children and students with disability and learning disabilities.
The role focuses on providing leadership and training to enhance the use of inclusive technologies among educators, students, and families.
It involves building effective relationships with stakeholders to identify training needs, designing and delivering professional support and workshops, staying updated with best practices, planning events like the Inclusive Education Expo, and recommending improvements to services.
Qualifications:
Essential: An appropriate tertiary qualification in an education related field.
Applicants must be either currently registered or able to be registered to teach in South Australia.
Special Conditions:
The successful applicant is required to gain a Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to being employed which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry.
The incumbent will be required to undertake RRHAN –EC (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education Care) Facilitator Lead (Masterclass) extended course or the online (Fundamentals) course which will be required to be updated every three years.

Remuneration:
STL 2 $135,204 per annum (1.0 FTE) + superannuation (11.5%)
