The Events Coordinator position is an integral part of the Event Health Services team within St John NSW.
Reporting to the Event Health Services Operations Manager, this role is responsible for the coordination of health and medical services at public and private (major and community) events throughout NSW.

Key Responsibilities Include:
Reviewing bookings submitted through the St John NSW Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Completion of risk assessments for each event and determining appropriate workforce coverage requirements based off the risk factors of the event.
Developing the initial quote for service and working with Volunteer Divisions to ensure the quoting is appropriate for both the customer and the specific event.
Liaising with customers to ensure their needs are being met and St John NSW is providing the quality of service expected of the organisation and assisting with any enquiries.
Maintaining client relationships and collating feedback where required.
Escalation of any issues as required.
Collaborating with wider teams to support consistency of event coverage across NSW.
Delivering clients, contracts, and service KPI's.
Supporting the planning and delivery of Health Services projects and strategy.
Our Ideal Candidate:
Health Services - First Aid industry and / or Events experience.
Demonstrated ability to independently problem-solve including high intensity situations.
Demonstrated organisational skills, time management, and ability to prioritise workloads in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Able to demonstrate empathy with the ethos of the organisation.
Able to work effectively within a commercial and not-for-profit cultural environment.
Able to work flexible hours, including some after hours and part of weekends.
