We now have 26 sites spread across Victoria, Queensland, New South Wales, Western Australia, and South Australia.Job DescriptionThe RoleWe have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced QA Coordinator to service our manufacturing facilities in QLD. The primary location can either be Corbould Park (Sunshine Coast), Larapinta (Brisbane) or Stapylton (Gold Coast) with some travel to Cairns, Grafton and Toowoomba as required.Quality Assurance Responsibilities will include:You will be required to perform these duties, and any other duties that may be assigned to you, having regard to your skills, training, and experience:Ensure compliance with relevant Australian and International Standards and any other appropriate standards from government departments incl. TMR Supplier Registrations and NATA certification.Ongoing monitoring and review of QMS Manual, ensuring compliance to ISO9001 and TMR standards and maintaining certification for the sites.Working with QA and QC personnel in relation to updating the Quality Manual, Quality Plans and associated policies and procedures.Working with external and internal auditors in relation to external and internal audits and facilitate responses across sites where required.Facilitate QMS management review meetings and monthly Quality meetings as required and enforce QMS action plans.Ensure documentation is completed and maintained in accordance with the Quality Manual and Quality Plans.Collecting statement of compliances from all suppliers of raw materials as required by the QA system.Facilitate and promote the sharing of quality improvements, reporting, quality data, and documents.Conduct internal audits and reporting as per Internal Audit Schedule/QMS Support Calendar where required.Assist with the Quality Plan, ITP's and relevant documentations.Ongoing maintenance, monitoring and compliance of all other certifications.Attend to action items stated in quality audit report within timeframe stated on the report.Issue statement of compliance to clients as requested.Filing and maintenance of source documents as required.Collect and record information for any other report as required.Assist in provision for training in conjunction with other employees, supervisors/trainers.Establish and maintain efficient office systems and processes that are compatible with the business.Raise non-conformance reports (NCRs) and be actively involved in investigations, close outs & reviews for the branch.Assist the organisation to achieve consistent quality of production to meet customer, regulatory & statutory compliance.Desired Skills and ExperienceRequirements:Relevant qualifications in Quality or other relevant disciplinesQuality auditing experience with supporting training & registration with an internationally accredited assurance bodyExperience in managing and maintaining Quality Management SystemsPrevious QA experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.Ability to provide expert advice and direction on Quality matters.Experience in working with recognized Quality standards and principles.High oral and written communication skills.Strong ability to communicate and influence a variety of stakeholders.#J-18808-Ljbffr
