The opportunity: The State Performance Manager - SA - is responsible for the delivery of sales and operational support to clubs within the wider Adelaide area. This pivotal position provides ongoing assistance to team members and independent contractors operating under the Zap Fitness 24/7 brand. The key focus is on achieving financial targets and fostering alignment among team members. By ensuring positive member engagement within Zap Fitness Clubs and the wider fitness community, the State Performance Manager plays a crucial role as a key stakeholder in enhancing overall performance.
Key duties and responsibilities: Ensure all clubs in the region achieve monthly and quarterly growth targets across all sales streamsImplement, and support quarterly and seasonal sales campaignsDevelop initiatives to help underperforming clubs achieve projected profit and loss statementsManage club-based consumer brand feedback proactively, responding and resolving member feedback within reasonable timeframesEffectively manage capital expenditure in line with the region's budgetRecruit, develop, mentor, and retain Member Service Representatives within the regionFacilitate formal, monthly sales and skill training sessions for underperforming sales team membersConduct regular sales meetings, sales training sessions, and quarterly sales launchesConduct WHS (Workplace Health & Safety) audits in collaboration with the Safety department and ensure all clubs maintain results of 90% or higherTo be successful in this role you will have: Prior team management experienceProven sales skills with a proven ability to hit KPI's and commercial targetsExceptional communication and people influencing skillsAbility to manage commercial operations and oversee club promotionsExcellent customer service capabilityAbility to motivate others and help them to succeedTertiary qualifications in management or similarExperience in regional or multi-site managementExperience in the fitness industryIn return we offer you: Competitive salary and fun working environmentCar and phone allowanceFREE gym membership to be able to practice what you preach!Additional benefits include anniversary leave days and an additional free gym membership for friends and family as part of our recognition for service awardsAccess to career opportunities with Asia Pacific's largest diversified fitness groupAbout Fitness and Lifestyle Group Fitness and Lifestyle Group (FLG) is the leading fitness, health, and wellness group in the Asia-Pacific region, headquartered in Australia.
