About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Coordinator to join our NSW Branch in Glendenning, Western Sydney. In this vital role, you will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflows across purchasing, inventory management, production scheduling, and logistics. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency, manage resources effectively, and deliver outstanding service to our customers.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Oversight: Ensure seamless execution of daily branch operations, including inventory management, logistics coordination, and production planning of our various manufacturing cells.Team Leadership: Support and guide team members to achieve individual and collective goals.
