As part of their growth strategy, HAYS is proud to be partnering with SITRAK to recruit two newly created State Manager roles in Western Australia and Queensland.
Your new role
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and enhance sales networks in key areas. Build and strengthen after-sales service networks in key regions. Create and execute effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns to drive fleet sales. Foster strong relationships with fleet customers, understand their unique needs, and provide tailored solutions. Maintain effective communication with local dealerships. Verify the credentials of local dealers, sub-dealers, and contracted service stations. Collaborate with the local team to set sales goals and monitor performance against targets. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to dealership management. What you'll need to succeed Over 5 years of proven experience as a Fleet Sales Manager in the truck fleet industry. Extensive understanding of heavy-duty trucks, as well as light to medium-duty trucks. Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities. Strong capability to build and maintain relationships with fleet customers. Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets with a results-oriented approach. Skilled in using dealer management software and MS Office. Valid driver's license, with a preference for candidates who have or are willing to obtain a truck license.
