We are currently seeking an experienced State Manager to lead our Connect Hearing clinics in South Australia.
Reporting to the Director of Sales & Operations and part of the Sales & Operations Leadership team, in this role you will be responsible for 9 clinics plus visiting sites with a team of approximately 30 direct and indirect reports. What you will you be doing: Client Care Create an environment that enables teams to focus on providing superior client care at all timesDeliver highest levels of customer service to achieve NPS targetsMeet or exceed the state budgetsLeverage all sales and service opportunities to meet sales growth, customer growth, and OPEX objectivesBusiness Operations Ensure diary capacity is managed, via optimal rostering & appointment managementLead and manage the team to optimise the productivity of all clinicsCollaborate with marketing to initiate and execute local area marketing (LAM)Work closely with the local leadership team to ensure that all operational functions and clinical services are executed optimallyProactively lead, motivate and develop the local leadership team and their clinic teams to drive retention and strengthen clinic capability to ensure KPI's and other requirements are being metIdentify and attract talented employees to meet current and future business needsPartner with HR to address performance issues and escalated employee relationsProactively lead and motivate your team and the clinic teams during times of changeWhat you need to be successful in this role: Proven track-record in a similar roleRetail experience and/or medical device and regulation experienceExtensive experience in a multisite environmentDemonstrated experience leading and developing a geographically dispersed teamExceptional communication and interpersonal skills at all seniority levelsAbility to travel on a regular basisBachelor's degree or equivalent in business, economics/BA or other related field highly regardedWhat's in it for you: Competitive remuneration package including bonus and car allowanceSalary packaging optionsAccess to discounts from over 500 retailers across Australia via our Employee Enrichment HubGenerous employee discounts on Sonova Products for yourself and your familyOnline Wellbeing Centre & Employee Assistance Program (EAP)Company-funded parental leaveAccess to the LinkedIn eLearning PlatformOpportunity to grow and develop in your role and beyondA values driven and people-centered cultureBeing a part of a dynamic and supportive team with a company that is at the forefront of innovation in the hearing industryA genuinely rewarding role with purpose and meaningSounds interesting?
