We are proudly partnering with a multistate Occupational Rehabilitation provider who are expanding into the VIC market. They are currently looking for an experienced leader to own the strategic growth and superior RTW performance/delivery for VIC.

Key areas of the role are: Setting the strategic agenda for the state, developing roadmaps in collaboration with the executive leadership teamCapability building and performance management across the team, creating succession plans and identifying development opportunitiesExternal partnership managementDriving operational performance, growth, and innovation across the stateYou will be an accomplished Team, Branch or Area Manager currently working in Occupational Rehabilitation who is ready to step up to a state manager level role and are excited about the opportunities that can come with this. 3-5+ years Occupational Rehabilitation industry experience, with at least 2 of these being in leadershipWorked as a Rehabilitation Consultant/Counsellor and progressed to management levelA passion for people, service delivery and innovationStrong VIC Occ Rehab knowledgeFlexibility to also manage files while the state is growingOpportunities to step up like this don't come up often, so don't delay in getting your resume across.
