MADEC delivers both traditional labour hire services, and seasonal worker labour hire services via the Pacific Australia Labour Mobility (PALM) scheme delivered in partnership with the Australian government and countries in the Pacific Islands and Timor-Leste. About The JobThe State Manager is a dynamic role where you will develop and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders, and drive business growth throughout NSW and Victoria. Further, you will:
Provide leadership and direction to a team of Account Managers and worker liaison staff to ensure labour hire assignments are managed effectively;Deliver end to end recruitment processes that are transparent, informed, and compliant;Ensure client and worker relationships are maintained to the highest degree;Manage the effective relationship with third parties including trade unions and governing bodies;Report on key performance metrics to internal stakeholders.You will have responsibility for all client management throughout two States, and as such you will travel to Host Employer sites in the following regions:
NSWSydney basinMid-north Coast (Coffs Harbour, Corindi)Northern Rivers (Tabulam, Lismore)VICMelbourne outer suburbs (Werribee)Mallee (Mildura)Goulburn Valley (Shepparton)East Gippsland (Sale, Bairnsdale)The above regions may be split between two roles depending on the candidate's skills and experience.
About YouYou are commercially astute having honed your skills in a general business management role or customer centric role.You will work with a diverse range of clients focusing on service excellence to meet their expectations while observing best practice and regulatory principles.You will be able to efficiently problem solve and drive outcomes whilst working to an accountability framework.Your leadership and interpersonal skills will be of a high level while working independently and exercising initiative.You will be someone who thinks outside the square, is resilient and thrives in a competitive and challenging industry.About Our BenefitsThe base remuneration for this role is between $90-110K, plus superannuation and a fully maintained company vehicle.
