Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the execution of Network Construction, Mobiles Construction and Facilities Asset Management programs, ensuring timely, efficient, and successful delivery.Oversee program budgets, resource allocation, and performance metrics.Cultivate a high-performing team environment that fosters innovation and unlocks the full potential of Project and Program Managers.Proactively identify and mitigate program risks within each division, fostering a culture of risk management and program continuity.Uphold the highest standards of program quality within each division and ensure unwavering compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with key clients and stakeholders within the region, fostering trust and strategic collaboration.Provide exceptional client service delivery, exceeding expectations at every touchpoint to achieve and maintain high client satisfaction.Allocate budget resources strategically to ensure the ongoing maintenance and functionality of the office and warehouse facilities.Champion a safe and secure work environment for the region by ensuring strict adherence to all safety regulations and building codes.What You'll Bring: A minimum of 10 years' experience in the telecommunications industry, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role.A strong understanding of telecommunications technologies and industry trends.Excellent leadership and communication skills to inspire and motivate teams.A commitment to delivering exceptional client service and building strong relationships.Why Choose Decon Corporation?
