Key Responsibilities: Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing recruitment team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Business Development: Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with key clients, and expanding our market presence.Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent, meet client needs, and achieve business objectives.Performance Management: Set performance goals, monitor progress, and ensure the team meets or exceeds targets and KPIs.Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering exceptional service.Market Analysis: Stay informed of market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to ensure we remain competitive and innovative.Operational Excellence: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the state office, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and quality in all processes.About you: To be successful in this position it's imperative that you have the required industry experience to take us to the next level.
You may be leading recruitment branch or in a state position managing all facets of recruitment.
