An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced State Manager to lead our SA/WA Team .
Your new role:
Based in Wingfield and reporting to the General Manager Australia , this role is responsible for total branch performance across Sales, Customer Service and Warehouse Operations .
Leading a fast-paced, dynamic Sales and Operational team, this role has responsibility for developing our people, delivering customer centricity, generating sales and achieving profitable growth.
Responsibilities include:
Create and execute the branch business plans in line with Company Vision, Mission and Values.
Ensure branch profitability and P&L management.
Provide sound leadership for the branch inclusive of the development of personnel.
Responsible for the strategic growth of Cospak in the SA & WA market inclusive of new business development and managing a sales territory.
Pride yourself and the team in setting and exceeding client expectations.
Cultivate effective business relationships with decision-makers in current and new accounts.
Lead from the front by providing the sales team with hands-on support to achieve their budgets.
Implementation of improvements within the branch.
Reporting and presenting on Branch people and performance.
Your experience and skills:
Tertiary qualifications in Sales/Marketing or related field Ideal.
Previous experience within the packaging industry would be Ideal.
Strong people management and leadership experience including employee engagement, training and development, mentoring and coaching.
Well-honed leadership skills.
Supply Chain knowledge essential.
Credible and highly effective at negotiating and influencing at all levels, both internally and externally – especially B2B.
Experience with SAP highly regarded - training provided.
Demonstrated knowledge of market research, product and industry knowledge.
Open and inclusive communication style.
Excellent commercial acumen and analytical skills.
