In this role, you will:
Develop and implement processes and strategies to promote positive workplace relations. Ensure compliance with OHS legislation. Provide guidance and support to leaders and the people and culture team in supporting employee relations and OHS matters. Position details We are looking for someone with technical expertise and strong influencing skills who can work with internal and external stakeholders at all levels to achieve positive outcomes. You will be working with a collaborative people and culture team. We help each other out when needed, meet regularly, have a whole team learning and development agenda, and celebrate our achievements. We are not only looking for someone who has those technical skills; we are also keen to ensure that you have the same approach to work and teamwork that we do. The position is responsible for:
Managing employee grievances and disciplinary processes. Supporting managers in performance management processes. Refining, implementing, and monitoring OHS management systems and processes. Please refer to the attached position description for the principal functions and key selection criteria.

Making regulatory decisions with respect to prescribed industries (including price determinations, licensing, customer protection, and access disputes). Undertaking reviews and providing advice to Ministers on a range of economic and regulatory matters. Administering the Victorian Energy Upgrades program.
