Join our team as a Senior Data and Analytics Engineer, where your passion for solving data challenges and strong analytical skills will be at the forefront.
If you're experienced in Python (or R), love working with statistics, and have a knack for making data-driven decisions, this is the role for you. With a degree in a technical field like Computer Science, Data Science, or similar—or equivalent hands-on experience—you'll help us tackle complex data projects within the People and Culture function. Bonus if you're familiar with PowerBI, but not essential.
This is a new project with autonomy and influence and would suit someone who enjoys shaping a program from the beginning.
Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Data Engineering, Economics, Psychology, Statistics, Mathematics or another IT-related technical field or equivalent gained through professional experience. Programming skills in Python (preferred) or R. Experience working with statistics using data science tools. Familiarity with PowerBI (not essential). This is a fixed term position available until 30 June 2025. The work location for this position is flexible within Victoria with hybrid work arrangements available.
