The role is responsible for coaching and providing subject matter expertise to support a range of people engagements, embedding strategies to ensure sustainable culture change takes place across the Procurement Branch. A primary focus for the role is to operationalise the procurement capability framework and enhance the culture within the Procurement Branch through tailored and co-designed culture uplift initiatives. The role partners with external advisory partners and People & Culture personnel to advise, design and administer organisational development and leadership capability uplift solutions.
Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications Demonstrated experience in design and delivery of learning and development strategies and programs including leadership development and culture enhancement initiatives. Advanced understanding of managing change and project management to ensure successful implementation of projects/initiatives. Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management, Change Management, Psychology, or alternative field related to Organisational Development. Foundational understanding and/or experience within procurement would be advantageous. This is a fixed term position available until 30 June 2025. The work location for this position is 2 Lonsdale Street Melbourne, with hybrid work arrangements available.
