About this Opportunity
The Victorian Infrastructure Delivery Authority (VIDA) is looking for a skilled Officer, I&T PMO to work closely with the Manager, I&T PMO and the VHBA Intergr8 Program Delivery Team to provide program-specific and administrative support. The role will work within a dynamic PMO environment which deals with a wide-ranging portfolio of enterprise grade and tactical projects delivering against our approved strategy. The VHBA Intergr8 Program is one such Program, focused on integrating the Victorian Health Building Authority (VHBA) into VIDA as part of the Machinery of Government (MoG) integration.
The Officer, I&T PMO will report to VIDA's Senior Manager for Strategy, Program Delivery and PMO, with a "dotted line" report to the VHBA Intergr8 Program Director. In the VHBA Intergr8 Program, the Officer, I&T PMO will be responsible for ensuring sound project governance, supporting Program information management, maintenance of key program registers such as Risks, Issues, Actions and Dependencies, and supporting the Program Director with day-to-day running of the program's activities.
A key role within the Office of Director General (ODG), the Officer, I&T PMO will collaborate with professionals at the highest levels both within VIDA, VHBA and across the Victorian Public Service (VPS).
The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong attention to detail and drive to provide high quality support services. High confidence across the Microsoft Office suite is essential, with an ability to pick up new systems and software with ease. Project management experience and qualifications in IT are desirable.
