About the role With strong continued growth in our Melbourne office, we are looking for a professional and highly motivated Float Legal Assistant to work full time Monday to Friday, supporting our Melbourne office in the CBD.
The successful applicant will have a minimum of 1 year experience in a legal administration or personal assistant role within professional services.
As a Float Legal Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our Lawyers to ensure they are able to deliver high quality services to our clients. You will also provide support to the Melbourne office by coordinating the day-to-day operations of the office including, office and desk allocations on the guidance of the relevant teams, ensuring the kitchen remains fully stocked and clean, taking deliveries as required, liaising with building management, external contracts/vendors and other tenants in the building from time to time, maintaining security registers and back up reception support as needed.
You will bring: Proven experience as a legal assistant or personal assistant in a professional services environment Proven ability to work well within a team. A positive, proactive and flexible attitude and willingness to help where needed. Key Skills Client focused service. The ability to move from one task to another, quickly and efficiently. Accuracy and attention to detail. Efficient time management to maintain control of key priorities. Demonstrated initiative and willingness to pitch in and help others.
