Seeking an Administration Officer to join the Ambulatory Care Centre based at Kyneton Health, on a part-time basis until June 2027.
Details of Appointment: Fixed-term 3 years (from date of appointment - June 2027), part-time position working 48 hours per fortnight.
Salary: HS2 $33.79 per hour + superannuation
Role Statement: The role of the Administration Officer - Ambulatory Care Centre (ACC) is to provide administrative, clerical, and reception services supporting ACC area services at Central Highlands Rural Health (CHRH) Kyneton, including the new Women's Health Clinic, Allied Health Services, Macedon Ranges Community Nursing (MRCN)/Transitional Care Program (TCP), and contract service providers in the ACC space. You will contribute to the development of new administration processes and services including intake, billing methods, invoicing, and the relative policy and procedure.
About CHRH: Central Highlands Rural Health (CHRH) is a rural health organization that operates five campuses across Hepburn Shire and the Macedon Ranges in the Central Highlands of Victoria, Australia, north and north-west of Melbourne. It was formed through the voluntary amalgamation of Hepburn Health Service and Kyneton District Health on the 30th of November 2019. Each of our campuses retains the name of the township in which they are situated - Clunes Health, Creswick Health, Daylesford Health, Kyneton Health, and Trentham Health.
