People and Culture Administration Officer Support the broader People & Culture team with a focus on HR and L&D.
About the role The purpose of the People and Culture Administration Officer is to support the broader People and Culture team, focusing on the L&D and HR functions. The role ensures smooth operations within these functions by coordinating learning activities, managing data, reporting, and assisting with the implementation of initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture.
What you'll do Coordination and management of key P&C projects Analysis and reporting of P&C data Maintaining relevant training calendars and P&C meetings Supporting the management of shared email inboxes (HR and L&D) Coordinate and distribute any relevant P&C communication, including marketing material Create forms, surveys and other tools as needed Correspond with customers and stakeholders (internal and external) to manage their requests & feedback Maintain electronic filing system and records for P&C Ensure effective collaboration with other SA functional groups promoting alignment with communications & systems Develop effective and cooperative relationships with organisational managers to support and enable a productive and positive work environment About you Relevant work experience in a similar field Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills Experience in using LMS and HRIS is desirable Able to prioritise tasks to ensure business continuity Strong listening skills, clarifying and probes for understanding Organised and structured working style with strong planning skills Receptive to feedback and continual improvement Good relationship management skills Strong focus on detail, problem-solving ability and a commitment to quality and customer service Strong project planning skills Culture & Benefits Standards Australia is proud to have been awarded the prestigious Employer of Choice Award for two consecutive years, 2023 and 2024.
