Who we're looking for: We're looking for a communications professional to work closely with our Stakeholder Manager in representing BMD's interests in a professional manner across large water infrastructure projects in Richmond.
Other duties and responsibilities include: Conduct visits & communication plans as required by the specific Project Management Plan.Ensure that all residents are aware of the changes to construction, through letterbox drops, web updates and media as required.Maintain and manage the Stakeholder database.Report & document all complaints and report progress amongst the team.Respond to and close out all complaints.Provide specific advice on community-related matters.Create and maintain an active interest in community awareness throughout the project.Be the first point of contact for clients and members of the public.Assist in enquiries via email and on the telephone.Undertake designated administrative duties (i.e., typing, emailing, photocopying, filing, etc.).Develop a culture of internal communication initiatives that promote and strengthen team unity.The successful candidate will be a self-starter with: 2yrs+ stakeholder advisor experience.Tertiary Degree, Certificate or equivalent industry experience in marketing, public relations, media relations, communications or business.In return, we offer a rewarding long-term career, opportunities to develop, and a culture that values your contribution.
