As the Rich Media Manager, you are responsible for the OMG Rich Media product within OMG AU. You will deliver creative strategies and proposals that sell our approved creative technology capabilities into OMG agencies. You'll ensure the wider Rich Media team analyses media and creative performance and makes recommendations to constantly push for better client results and satisfaction.
Your Responsibilities: High quality client service with the agency teams, including understanding internal and external clients' needs and delivering on their objectives.Provide clear strategies, media proposals and creative assets to client teams answering to Briefs and create state of the art plans.Business development with new and existing clients (internally across the various agencies); including contributing to pitches, proposals and case studies.Be impeccable in reconciling campaigns months on month.Ensure media schedules and pacing of campaigns is correct to mitigate write offs.Building strong rapport with all levels of staff within the OMG agency group, with the ability to manage up and down.Manage resources within your team to maximise productivity, profitability and deliver on client objectives.Train and mentor more junior team members, leading by example.Your Expertise: Previous experience in a digital marketing or digital sales environment.You have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) - being able to both interpret and convey information in a clear and concise way.You are confident speaking in public and presenting to clients.You have advanced skills in the office suite and have an above average knowledge of Microsoft Excel.Understanding programmatic, rich media and how to navigate DSPs is desirable.Want to be a part of the team?
