Staff Specialist or Senior Staff Specialist - Statewide Fertility Preservation ServicePermanent part time opportunity to provide high quality evidence based clinical management, treatment and care to patients requiring Reproductive, Endocrinology and Gynaecology services within the Women's and Newborn Service Line at the RBWH.
About you Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
To actively support and implement evidence-based practice in Obstetrics and Gynaecology care within the scope of practice granted by RBWH.Although primarily a Fertility and Reproductive Endocrinology Role, the successful candidate will be expected to take part in the clinical responsibility for the medical care of allocated patients referred to the Women's and Newborn Service at the RBWH.The successful candidate will participate in Gynaecology inpatient and outpatient clinical services including ward rounds, theatre related to O&G, General/Laparoscopic Gynaecology +/- Obstetrics.The successful candidate will be attached to a clinical team.Each team will participate in daily ward rounds of their patients and the successful candidate will be expected to participate in the team's ward round roster.
