About the TeamAs a Staff Product Designer in our Growth Team at Airwallex, you will drive the design strategy and execution for products that fuel Airwallex's growth and optimize revenue streams.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and Data Insights, to create user-centric experiences that delight users and drive business results.
What you'll doYou'll be leading projects that drive measurable business growth through pathfinding, experimentation, and optimization by focusing on the entire end-to-end user journey.
You will also provide coaching and mentoring to the more junior members of this team.
Responsibilities:Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners in Product, Engineering, Marketing and Data.Drive measurable business growth through pathfinding, experimentation, and optimization by focusing on the entire end-to-end user journey.Provide indirect leadership and mentorship to more junior designers.Build strong relationships with leaders inside and outside of core product teams; demonstrate strong communication and executive stakeholder management skills.Understand research methods, technological, business and user opportunities and constraints.Have a good understanding of Figma and other industry-standard design/research tools.Qualifications:7+ years of experience in product design within a software environment.Excellent UX, visual and interaction skills and craft — a master in your field.Defines the design direction and process and can lead others through it.Experience with making complex information, tools, and services easily digestible for your audience.Strong storytelling, presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience designing and delivering projects specifically for Growth in SaaS products.Equal OpportunityAirwallex is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
