The role
Staff Learning Administrator Part Time position: 22.8 hours per week, flexible opportunities available
Commencing 2025
Closing Date: 25 October 2024
Provide high quality administrative support for Learning and Development programs across the College for all employees to enhance MLC's culture and commitment in leading a strong learning community.

Some of your primary duties and responsibilities will include the following:
Provide high-quality administrative support for staff learning initiatives and events.
Manage staff learning applications, invoicing, and travel arrangements.
Maintain learning and compliance databases.
Support the coordination of staff learning programs and large-scale events.

About You
Strong planning, organisational, and customer service skills.
Technological proficiency (experience with platforms like Chris21 and Complilearn is desirable).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and act professionally.
Relevant qualifications in administration or a related field.
A current Working with Children Check and Police Check.
Be open to ideas, striving for excellence and have a high level of integrity.
