The Data Analytics team is looking for a talented Staff Data Analyst to drive Product initiatives across the Australian & Rest of World businesses. You should be a driven fast learner and high achiever with a passion to continuously learn, grow and deliver well in a high performance and flexible hybrid working environment characterized by speed, collaboration, creativity and fun.
As a Staff Analyst, you will work closely with our Product Teams to develop insights, lead experimentation, and drive key business results. You will take complex concepts and communicate them to both technical and non-technical leaders in order to effect change for our customers. You will be an instrumental leader in shaping the strategy and future of the QuickBooks Product. Working across Intuit AI, Data Engineering, and Product you will drive an integrated plan to grow and scale our product roadmap.

ResponsibilitiesPerform hands-on data analysis, derive insights, tell stories with data, educate effectively, instill confidence in recommendations, and motivate others to act.Lead experimental designs and measurement plans.Partner with product managers, software engineers, and designers in designing experiments and developing minimum viable products.Run regular A/B tests, gather data, perform statistical analysis, draw conclusions and communicate results to peers and leaders.Conduct deep dives such as customer segmentation, funnel and PMF analysis.Support the development and maintenance of ML models and other personalization algorithms.Qualifications5-8 years of experience working in product analytics.Highly proficient in SQL, Tableau, and Excel.Proficient with programming languages including R or Python.Previous in-depth experience working on SAAS products.Excellent problem-solving skills and end to end quantitative thinking.Statistical knowledge to guide and support A/B testing or other experimentation frameworks, and interpret the results to draw detailed and practical conclusions.Ability to manage complex strategic initiatives from ideation to execution in a high paced growth environment.Strong business and commercial acumen: ability to transform the WHAT into the WHY to uncover new opportunities for innovation.Data storyteller: strong ability to present complex data and insights concisely to various stakeholders.
