About Us: Netball SA Stadium is the second-most utilised stadium in the State. The Stadium hosts a variety of events including netball carnivals and competitions and non-netball concerts and events. 
About the Role: Netball SA has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our stadium team on a part-time basis. You will play a critical role in managing stadium bookings and coordinating and delivering major events at the Stadium. This role requires a strong focus on customer service and thorough attention to detail while managing various bookings for stadium usage. You'll engage in a variety of tasks that support stadium operations. The position reports to the General Manager – Stadium and you will work closely with the Stadium and Events team. 
Your Responsibilities: A typical day looks like:
Providing a positive, welcoming experience for patrons through delivering exceptional customer service,Assist in key event delivery in an effective and timey manner,Provide support for event set-up and pack-down,Management of venue and event management platform Momentus/Priava,Assist to coordinate casual team, including rostering, andGeneral administration tasks with respect to Events at Netball SA Stadium.What you look like and need to demonstrate to be successful: Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service, with a friendly demeanour.Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to respond quickly to changing priorities.Proven experience working cross functionally in a business with other internal teams.Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.Experience with venue and events booking system is desirable.Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).What We Offer You: Being a sporting organisation, work is required out of normal hours for events.
