About the role:
We have an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic team leading our approach to the provision of quality care to clients. This role provides waitlist management to the Surgical Services Departments, and provides advice and support to the department about the elective surgery waitlist data (ESWD). This role also receives referrals regarding Waitlist Bookings, arranges waitlist bookings and appointment dates, updates the computer system, and advises patients and hospital staff appropriately. This position reports to the Waitlist Nurse Unit Manager.
